May 25, 2020 - An excellent bottle which would make anyone a fan of Cab Franc. Big dark cherry aroma and taste, underlain by a little leather/tobacco. Tannins were well tamed. Very smooth finish. Good work Herb!

May 26, 2014 - Weekly tasting group #119; A mixed set of red wines (@ BS): Bouquet with cherries, red berry fruits, spices and earth. Same on the palate, a touch of sweetness balanced by good acidity and mild tannin. Some vanilla as well. Very nice wine. Early maturity now.
