August 18, 2020 - Clear deep garnet, with no rim browning. Persimmon, braised fennel, white chocolate. Very low acids, very low tannins. Pllum. Sort balanced finish.

September 6, 2019 - A real beauty and reminscent of a Merlot from Tuscany. Deep fruit with bright acidity. If the mid palate had filled out, this would be amazing.

March 9, 2018 - Perfectly balanced. Earth, fruit, and acidity are beautifully interwoven. Tannins are softening.

November 9, 2016 - This wine was fantastic and far exceeded expectations. Very different from a Cali Merlot, some very unique properties and great depth from a Long Island red. Would strongly advise anyone to pick up 2+ bottles if you can find it. Drinking great right now and I'd say peak window is another 2 years.

June 19, 2015 - Paumanok Visit with Charles and Kareem: deeply sexy beast full of plums and ripe rich black fruit. great balance. LI wine at its best. would drink well now but can benefit from age.
