  February 23, 2019 - This is lovely now. No need to wait. Popped and poured. Black cherries on the nose with some more cherries and plum on the palate. Medium length. Quite pleasant.

  August 24, 2013 - So wowed by this one, I had to pop another bottle to share with my buddies. Again, incredible concentration. I found this bottle more raw and primary than the last, with a heavy dose of celery root. In a good way. Without having any specific insight aside from having tasted it now twice, I'd say let this sit for 5 years.

  August 22, 2013 - nose - raspberry, celery root, underarm, and oak
  mouth - clean cherry on the attack followed by whoa! amazing midpalate concentration. Initially not expecting this level of intensity and sap. Fruitbombish, yet quite clean, it almost has a sangria-like quality to its bold flavor. a slight herbal finish, almost like kicking back an aperatif. A complex and rather interesting wine. Agree with the garagiste hyperbole on this one. No clue how it will age.
