Medium minus intensity aromas of honey, lemon, slight orange and orange blossom, apricot, sweet spice, very slight bruised apple. Medium plus intensity acidity, lusciously sweet, caramel joins honey, apricot orange on the palate, long, balanced sweetness and acidity, textured on the finish. Nice.

Toasty notes, honey, botrytis shows very much here on the nose. medium acidity is perhaps not quite sufficient for the sugar levels. There is a caramelised baked apple note here as well. Hmm. It lacks a little freshness for me.
