August 25, 2013 - La Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin (Vancouver) - Summer Luncheon 2013 (Vancouver, BC): Drinking well, good acidity, some Chablis notes but doesn't scream 'Chablis' to me. Regardless, an excellent wine.

August 16, 2012 - No formal notes taken, dinner at le Cordon Bleu restaurant in Otttawa. Medium golden, narrlow slow-moving legs, nose opens up over the course of the evening displaying, honey, acacia, tropical fruits, distant hazelnut notes. Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, full body yet featherlight. Medium(+) aromas of honey, mineral, very focussed flavour palate, well structured. Well balanced, rich in flavour and texture, very elegent at the same time. Great length, with eternal' finish. This is a wine at a different level. WOW!

January 4, 2012 - Oxidized. [Insert weeping emoticon]

(I think this is more a case of poor storage at the wine shop than standard premature oxidation.)

October 10, 2010 - Better than expected - quite rich and while lacking the minerality I like in my Chablis, this was a very nice match for the shaved porcini with olive oil and sea salt.
