June 17, 2021 - Tasted blind. Rip cassis and blueberry, with vanilla and Eucalyptus pointing to Napa. Well balanced palate with polished tannins. I liked this because it has very classic proportions. Not too sweet like so many Napa wines.

June 5, 2021 - Pnp. Classic Napa profile. Ready to drink. Not special but enjoyable. The nose exceeded the palate but still good

March 22, 2020 - Lovely floral notes. This is not your typical big, bold California cab. It is delicate but somehow still holds up well with steak. We might be a tad past the recommended drinking window, but the wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

February 29, 2020 - Med + ruby. Med + aromas of black cherry, black currant, cedar, dried herbs and subtle oak spice. The palate is dry, with generous amounts of fruit, consistent with the nose. Med. acidity, tannins and medium alcohol (13.5%). Very well balanced and smooth, with med ) flavor intensity and length. It is probably at its peak, and not likely to improve with further aging, but it is in a really good place now. Great with food or by itself as a sipper, it almost has Old World elegance about it.

December 6, 2019 - Still very pleasant. Tannins fully integrated.
