February 12, 2020 - This was a big wine, tasted with 15 other 2010 Pinot's and this was big. Needed 2 hours to decant before it was enjoyable. Could be getting to the end.

August 10, 2019 - I don't care much for this wine. Way too heavy and alcoholic. Strangely spicy, downright peppery. Although I prefer burgundy, I am not generally offended by California winemakers making bigger, richer pinots. But this one goes too far for me. The feminine beauty and beguiling character of pinot are totally lost in this wine.
