September 5, 2007 - What a bad showing for this wine tonight. Sour cherry, grapey, abrubt finish and out of balance. Extremely acidic for a Napa cab and I don't think this bottle was flawed. Definitely would not purchase again.

April 8, 2006 - April Wine Tasting (Cardinal Liquors, Crystal Lake, IL (NW Suburbs-Chicago)): Excellent, balanced 2001 Cab. Nice deep color and complex, deep red fruit flavors. Very supple, soft style with balanced small grained tannins. 45+ second finish suggests ability to last for another 7 to 10 years.
