    March 7, 2020 - Robe cerise dense;
    Nez ample, sur des notes de cerises alcoolisées légèrement confites. Petite note boisée, légère note de sous-bois, les épices & l'anis complètent le bouquet.
    Bouche très fruité, sur les petits fruits foncés (cerise & mûres). Légèrement confiturée, impression présente du début à la fin. Bonne ampleur & l'acidité supporte suffisamment l'ensemble. Somme toute unidimensionnel, tannins encore présent, fin & nombreux. Bonne amertume en finale. Agréable mais peu complexe.

    December 27, 2019 - Good acidity on this wine - might be my last bottle, but this is drinking very well today. A good effort for the vintage.

    May 26, 2019 - Red and black fruit, with a smoked meat note to add complexity.

    Not as impressive on the palate - not bad by any means, but somewhat four square and doesn't quite deliver on the promise the nose makes.

    I tend to place Argiano in that mid-tier - solid wines, but they rarely wow you.

    March 1, 2019 - Tuscany 2008 (Winicjatywa): clear cherry/tea colour; lighter rim. nose: vegetal notes (slightly) - spme tomate; tobacco. taste: medium acidity; very ripe tannins - not large; plums, black cherries; excellent balance; long finish.

    November 16, 2018 - Red & black fruit on the nose with a funky note in the background for some added interest.

    Seamless on the palate, decent persistence - maybe a little light on the acidity, but not a lot to complain about this wine today. I don't see any further upside, but I think this will be fine over the next 5-10 years.
