July 31, 2022 - beautiful, seamless, full bodied, plenty of bright red fruit, not overblown, long finish. this is in a great spot and def recommend drinking now. decanted for 30 minutes and consumer over 90 minutes. last two bottles; but happy to have one magnum left!

December 11, 2021 - Solid mineral smooth water with some spices and fruit kick! I had it with a flat iron steak with some chimichurri sauce. The spices probably came from the lingering sauce on the palette. Crane at this point of time for this vintage is like a refreshing mineral structured Cabernet franc with dark fruit kicking alive ; you also don't get any harsh cab franc palette pulls. Plenty of cassis and licorice on the nose. Drink up!

September 4, 2021 - Mineral Water smooth Wine, the tannin's have disappeared and are integrated into a salivating structure. Subtle nuances of acid and fruits. 95 doesn't get better then that after 11 years. Pairs well with everything except tomatoes. Drink now til beginning of 2023.
