June 23, 2023 - Wow, wow, wow! Super reductive with mild hints of developed notes; roasted sesame, struck match, lemon peel, brioche, peach, orange compote, lemongrass, dried ginger, freshly baked rye bread with comté, white tea laves, raw white mushrooms, hints of wax and warm plastic, nutmeg, wet stones and chalk. Only mild oxidative notes of slightly bruised apples and dry hay.
A palate with a dry, medium body and a vibrant, crispy acidity. Mixed citrus peel, hazelnuts, pomelo, roasted pine nuts, nectarine, tangerine, light cold-brew coffee, dried apple, mild buttery notes, rye bread, chalk and salt. A bit grippy in the finish.

    In an unbelievably good shape.
Intense and vibrant with incredible Jura-style minerality on the nose with delicate fruits on the palate.
Reminds me of aged white Matassa (hint if you are passing by one of those some day).

March 12, 2014 - Dinner at Cafe Lyon: Served blind. Orange peel, lemon, iodine, smoke and sweaty notes. Lovely flavour intensity with a core of minerality that compliments it well. Loved it last time I tasted it and still do.

April 13, 2013 - Tissot Jura Tasting: Slightly cloudy colored. The nose shows grapefruit, lemon pith and hay with some lightly nutty background notes. The palate has intense minerality, with superb tension and balance. Texturally excellent, there is great depth to the underlying fruit here. Wow, this is so impressive.

June 27, 2012 - Jura whites: Flaxen, with some green notes. A bit shy on the nose, but very elegant aroma of nuts, herbs, aceton and some sweetness (coconut). Medium body with velvet texture. High acidity (sitrus) and a spicy and very long finish. Layers of taste!
Very impressive and elegant, yet expensive ($100 in Norway).
