August 28, 2019 - very accessible with the first minute. Completely different in comparison to an 86 rougeots that was sadly corked and also seemed to have a lot more botrytis. Wine is definitely mature and complex. As others have noted plenty of acidity left. Was hoping for a 2nd gear that never materialized. Hoping to have again. 93

March 7, 2019 - Zachys La Paulée BYO Dinner (Lafayette NYC): 85/05/07/09. A magnificent aged white burg. Still has epic richness and density, coupled with plenty of acid lift. Mature fruit and complexity of age but still polished. A wow experience.

March 7, 2019 - Zachys La Paulée "Warm-up" Dinner (Lafayette - New York NY): Small glass, brief note. Ripe apple with background spice. Very good weight and balance, good+ length. Amazing freshness for its age.

March 10, 2017 - Zachys La Paulée Auction, Day Two (Le Bernardin Prive - New York NY): Small glass, brief note. Lots of fruit is still here with some mushroom and earth. Fully mature and very ripe but with structure and concentration to keep this a great wine. Some others were less enamored, but I adored this wine.

December 3, 2016 - How voluptuous! This kept on evolving in the glass for 2 or so hours. Has all of the things I love about Meursault in spades; hazelnut, cream, fleshy fruit. Smokey, mineral eventually. With even more time it picked up a citrus edge to it which was very nice.
