  January 3, 2022 - Dark golden color. Nose of nuttiness, pear, hint of flowers. This has taken on a lot more weight than is typical of a younger viognier. Enjoyable notes of oxidation (nuttiness, apple, caramel), honey, pear If I recall, 2003 was a challenging vintage in Virginia. A good purchase from their library to try a 18 year old VA Viognier.

  November 2, 2005 - Taste of Virginia; 11/1/2005-11/2/2005 (Virginia Countryside): Intriguing notes of orange marmalade. Good acid, a touch sweet.
