April 12, 2014 - Nose of peaches, honey and mineral. Moderate body with good acidity. Palate of stone fruits, flowers, melon and earth. A hint of effervescence. Long finish. Very nice Gavi.

January 22, 2014 - Christmas Day and New Year's Eve 2013: Flavorful and smooth, but perhaps not as complex as other Gavis I've enjoyed. Apple and almond paste on the nose and palate with grapefruit notes on the finish.

February 15, 2013 - Ce vin possède une robe jaune pâle avec des reflets vert démontrant la vivacité et la jeunesse. Moyennement aromatique, il laisse percevoir des arômes de citron, d’herbes fraichement coupées, de pomme, des notes minérales et un peu de fleurs blanches. L’acidité bien présente en bouche lui permet d’être excellent en apéritif. Il se mariera également très bien avec des pétoncles rôtis ou bien des poissons blancs grillés. C’est un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
