September 17, 2007 - I understand that Marsanne has a flavor profile that's a bit atypical of the whites that I tend to drink, but this was excessively nutty and almost gamey in its flavor. The aromatics were overwhelming. I may be a poor judge on this style, but it's definitely not for me.
