October 2, 2017 - There is a creaminess and soft mouth feel to this Sauvignon Blanc that I haven't experienced in ages. Surprising but really nice. No cat pee and cut grass here. On the palate its almost lush with a long finish. Again, different but really nice. Balanced.
In some ways this is a new world Chardonnay-lovers Sauvignon Blanc. Not expensive but very difficult (almost impossible) to find in the US. Most of the production stays on the continent (in Paris for that matter) with some availability in Germany, Belgium and the UK (Yapp Brothers carries it if you are familiar with those guys - GREAT regional wine merchant).2 people found this helpful Comment -
