July 9, 2017 - Spirited and highly spiced, it's almost impossible to describe the complexity and depth of palate this shows. There is an expanse of flavour and structure I have not experienced in another wine. This is a wine that is in charge and turns your cheese course into something out of this world. Exceptional.

December 27, 2010 - (97-98) Drank at home with the usual Stilton and home-made truffles, along with Justin, Ann Albin and the Alexanders. Decanted several hours prior. Delicious! Cherry overtones, supple, long finish, elegant, rich.
