July 4, 2013 - A Few Meals in Burgundy; 6/30/2013-7/5/2013: Ripe black fruit aromas with black pepper. Similar on palate, seemingly simple at first, but picking up some depth with more air. Kept changing with more time but it never really took on more complexity, which is perfectly fine for its level. Slightly sweet start-to-finish.
