June 29, 2020 - Tasted blind. Wild nose of brett, funk, bell pepper, white pepper, and a slight mustiness. Quite tart on the palate with red fruit and rustic characters. Good finish. This needed quite a bit of air to really shine. I can see this being a love-it-or-hate-it type of wine...

December 12, 2018 - https://www.wineterroirs.com/2008/04/roches_lenoir.html WOW, brought back 6 btls from Cave Auge, in Paris, after reading Bert’s blog, had with a duck ragu. Just really good cab franc, no oak, to the point, if that makes sense. Boy, I miss those two 70lb checked bags in coach.....Wow
