March 1, 2017 - Wonderful rose', great acidity, still fresh, perfect time to drink.

February 17, 2012 - Brassy rose color. Very fine mousse. Toasty yeasty aroma with a feint raspberry note. Very fine bubbles. Toasty bread yeast with a touch of red berries. Nicely winey but enough acid/mineral structure so that you know it is Champagne. Nice stuff and holding up very well.

January 1, 2011 - Lovely darker colour. Lively and deliciously fresh. Happy New Year!

December 11, 2010 - Tasted alongside 14 other champagnes. This was #2. Awesome balance, which for me is the hallmark of a great champagne. Very nice acidity, but also great fruit.
