  January 4, 2017 - Quick evening session at B&B PP.
  Appearance is clear, deep intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
  Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of dark tarry earth, dark red cherries, black cherries. Developing.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), grippy high tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of dark tarry earth, licorice, concentrated dark red cherries, juicy black cherries, juicy blackberries, sweet spices. Long finish.
  Good quality. Obvious effort put in here, but just seems monolithic. Commendable ripe juicy fruit. Maybe should have decanted this? Interesting to re-explore again in 3+ years' time.
  Very different kind of style from the G.D. Vajra Langhe Freisa Kyè that I tried before.

  November 6, 2016 - Looks like Pinoy noir in the glass. Very light body but deep with flavour. Not at all fruit forward. Very tannic, lots of acid and perfume - reminds me of cranberries.

  February 13, 2014 - Confraria - Restaurante Italy - São Paulo: Young wine, but with amazing qualities. The scents are singular. I identified wet soil, tea and leather. Good acidity. All very well integrated It was my first experience with this grape and enjoyed.

  January 25, 2014 - My first experience with Freisa. Soft and supple with a deepness that I didn't expect. Very enjoyable wine that showed a sense of place while at the same time offered a different view of Piedmont than I've seen before.
