    December 4, 2021 - Absolutely stunning bottle!

This version called Sacha dernier Vin Blanc was made with 50% Chardonnay 2017 and 50% Savagnin 2014.

If ever you come across a bottle, just buy it!

November 14, 2021 - PNP into Spiegelau red wine glass (“Leaf” day): medium golden to the eyes.

Oxidative yellow fruits. Salt preserved apricots and plums in the best way possible. Savoury and very nicely integrated.

Superbly integrated notes with saline minerality, vibrant acidity. Very complex and rich on palate.

    94-95 points.

November 4, 2021 - Elegant nose with fresh walnuts, floral tones, lemon, apples and a touch of toffee
Fresh taste, lemon, ripe red apples, nuttiness, a touch of spices. Very harmonious and pure wine.

Blend of Chardonnay from 2016 and Savagnin from 2012+2013. One of Puffeney’s last Cuvée Sacha.
As usual brilliant with a comté.

August 21, 2021 - Blend of 2012 savagnin and 2014 chardonnay made in a sous voille (oxidative) style. Decanted for 2h then back into bottle. Note is for 3.5 after decant. Intoxicating aromas of nuts, honeysuckle, apples and flowers. Flavors on the palate echo the aromas. 1h later, the wine becomes more harmonious and elegant with meyer lemon entering the flavor palette while the floral and nutty flavors amplify. Complex, elegant with excellent concentration and depth. Lovely wine.

February 24, 2021 - There’s not much point in writing a note after Forceberry has covered it - spot on as usual. This is just lovely stuff. On the lighter side of sous voile. Wish I had bought more.

January 1, 2021 - No formal note, but this was excellent and a killer combination with cheese fondue!
Already drinking well, but I‘d guess there‘s no hurry.

November 15, 2020 - Aromas of nut, burnt rubber, apple and saline. Flavors of apple, macadamia nut, saline and has a distinctive saltiness. Ends with a 25-30 second finish with nut and saline notes. Definitely has a funky, vervy vibe to it. Interesting for sure.
