February 20, 2021 - Deep, quite elegant nose. Blackberry, black plum, violets, black pepper and charcuterie. Fully ready.
Fullish with high, fresh acidity. Very good, but not fantastic concentration. Warm fruit. Blackberry, black pepper and iron minerality. Traditional style with no oak apparent. Elegant and balanced. Very good now with a decant.

Verdammt lecker! Jetzt trinken!

December 17, 2020 - Another terrific bottle. Savory and long. Lovely blackberry blueberry fruit.

November 25, 2020 - Slow ox'ed for over an hour. Light-medium garnet-ruby in colour. Nose of smoky black cherries, violets, mushrooms, and some dark leather. On the palate are chewy red and dark berries along with some black peppers and a touch of cranberry. Medium bodied with a medium finish. Feels like this can still improve with a few more years in the bottle.

November 19, 2020 - Kind of angular, savory, minerally. Needs a couple of hours of air. Very nice.
