February 17, 2014 - out for tasting (Oinoscent): STELVIN VERSION
    Clear pale lemon color.
THe nose is clean with medium intensity, lemon leaves, lime and petrol notes with ripe apricot and pineapple, mineral notes as well, youthful.
The wine is dry, medium body, medium intensity, medium+ acidity and medium alcohol, the palate is filled with pineapple, green apple, pear and minerals, with petrol again, medium + finish. The most central european-like greek wine ever tried.
Outstanding quality, drink now and hold just to see how it will grow.
    Fantastic effort

February 17, 2014 - out for tasting (Oinoscent): Clear pale lemon color.
Clean, medium intensity, lemon leaves, lime, pastry and lemon scented cream, walnut and pineapple, developing.
The wine is dry, medium body and intensity, acidity is medium+ and medium alcohol, lemon and lime curd, balanced and well defined lines, medium finish with peach and petrol nuances.
Very good quality, drink now or hold, felt strangely developed

November 3, 2013 - Minerally-driven at this stage with chalky minerality alongside wild flowers and citrus fruit. Oak is perfectly integrated. Medium-bodied with high acidity and a long mineral aftertaste.

August 10, 2013 - Screw-cap sealed version. Expressive nose with green pear, citrus fruit, pronounced stony minerality and nutty oak, more evident here than on the cork-sealed bottling I have tasted previously. Medium+ bodied with rich fruit and vibrant acidity. Long aftertaste. Has good potential to improve even further. Consistently one of Greece's best whites.

April 30, 2013 - This is still a baby! Initially it revealed yeasty aromas alongside stone fruit and citrus fruit, but after prolonged aeration the lovely minerality/fruit combination for which this wine is famous started being evident. Oak is almost unnoticeable. Medium-bodied with bright fruit and crispy acidity. Long aftertaste. Needs at least 6 months to fully express itself.
