October 24, 2016 - Peut-être en meilleure forme que la première bouteille, tout à fait prêt à boire, aux tanins fondus, aux saveurs de baies rouges bien mûres, légèrement floral, probablement avec un potentiel déjà bien entamé à ce stade. Facile à marier.

December 13, 2015 - Robe rubis clair et peu intense, nez très fin de petits fruits rouges mûrs, quelques notes de fleurs délicates et de pétales séchés de violette. Le vin a une acidité bien présente, les tannins sont complètement fondus, l'alcool est modéré, il convient bien à un plat mijoté d'hiver. Le millésime n'avait pas très bonne presse dans le Piémont, c'est bon pourtant mais il est temps de l'ouvrir.
