November 25, 2022 - A private tasting (Aventura Wines, Amsterdam, NL): Tasted blind. Correctly identified as a top-quality Saint-Emilion, although I thought it came from the Côtes, and guessed 2016. Which is clearly a compliment. A resounding success for the vintage, youthful, energetic, good body and weight, elegance built around a firm minerally core, excellent precision and length.

November 25, 2022 - 醒酒一个半小时，深宝石红偏紫色，闻香有青椒，李子，石墨和香草奶油的味道，入口酸度高，酒液咸，单宁紧致，细腻如粉，松木，黑醋栗，带着石墨的气息和香料感，后段巧克力的香气延伸到余味，伴随着红黑果香，在烤面包和香草奶油的味道中收尾。酒没有完全醒开，但已经很好喝，结构坚挺，口感扎实，整体表现非常平衡，细节打磨精致，酒液在口中有粘稠感。感觉还没完全进入适饮期，风格非常经典，高挑的酸度和细腻的单宁令人印象深刻。

November 9, 2022 - 2012 Bordeaux After One Decade (Los Olivos, CA): Unexpectedly high-toned and oaky, with sweet vanilla notes dominating over the blue fruit and violets. This probably needs a few more years to settle down.
