August 9, 2016 - Very interesting take on Chardonnay from the Jura. Less forceful on the attack than when sampled (at the Sampler) last year. This is has notes of spice, apples and nuts. Maybe lacking a bit of complexity for its price point (close to £20) but a good burgundy alternative - a walk on the wild side!

November 14, 2014 - Lemony fresh aromas with a little yeasty, lees-ey character. Has a great balance of freshness and creaminess and a lovely velvety texture. The fruit is bright and citrussy with good acidity. Rounds out and becomes a bit richer on the back-end with a little nutty character coming through on the long finish.

June 1, 2014 - Spicy and nutty, not quite as impressive as when tasted at the domaine, but good. Packs a bit of power, but lacks a bit of focus and precision to be mistaken for white burgundy, but then again, that's not really the point is it? Surely an interesting wine, which, as the name suggests, does things in its own way.

November 15, 2013 - Jura Tasting: Mealy, apple with plenty of smoky oak and some stone fruit. There is a good saline core on the palate, with the oak fairly prominent but it isn't too much for me. Not a long term wine in my opinion but good now.
