April 8, 2014 - This white burgundy is really showing well. First tasted in Chassagne Montrachet in summer 2013 - the wine is much improved a year later. The hue of this wine has transformed and is now golden with beautiful honeyed minerality to the taste.

May 15, 2013 - Tour - Burgundy 2013; 5/14/2013-5/20/2013 (Burgundy, France): Taste pear, apple, grapefruit, long finish with light butter. Texture smooth. Wife rated it lower at 88. Vineyard in hilly area, top of hill, topsoil clay. Tasted in Burgundy at Chateau Chassagne-Montrachet in flight of 5 wines. $42 / bottle.
