July 7, 2022 - 2022 TerClim Conference, Bordeaux; 7/4/2022-7/8/2022 (Bordeaux, France): Medium gold. Honey, orange marmalade, stewed quince, preserved cumquat. Vanilla, French oak. White flowers and lemon peel on nose. Rich, broad, unctuous, very full and very sweet but balanced by good fresh acidity. 13,5% alcohol, 135g/L sugar, 3,9g/L acid as sulfuric acid.

February 15, 2018 - Bright yellow gold color. Spicy, floral and earthy mineral nose with ripe fruit behind. Luscious, sweet and savory palate; complex spicy finish. A textbook Sauternes.

April 30, 2017 - MW Institute 2012 Bordeaux Tasting: Pear, orange and lemon. Like the balance here, the acidity works well to cleanse the palate. Has potential.
