February 17, 2014 - out for tasting (Oinoscent): Clear pale red cherry color with a thin string of small bubbles climbing slowly.
Clean in the nose with medium intensity, cranberries, strawberry, redcurrant and a few peaches, youthful.
The wine is dry, body-intensity-alcohol medium, acidity medium+ with creamy texture and red fruits that copy the nose appearing here as well, rather sweet-ish (as in full ripe fruits) medium finish.
Very good quality, to drink now. Charming and easy to drink -

December 26, 2013 - Pure strawberry on the nose. Uniform but intense bubbling. Medium-bodied with noticeable sweetness (is this really "brut"?), fresh fruit, balancing acidity and a satisfying aftertaste. A nice bubbly to serve as a wellcome drink.

June 21, 2013 - Salmon colored with a rather fruity nose of cherry and strawberry and some lactic notes.
Medium + acidity and nice mousse on a palate which has unripe strawberry fruit together with
some sweetness. Easy drinking and quite enjoyable.
