April 19, 2024 - A really enjoyable wine paired with lamb. This bottle was an improvement over the last one (around 2 years ago). Likely still good for a few more years.

October 9, 2023 - W/ Damo over beef lasagna- outstanding!- resolved, still some power but elegantly soft and refined- fkin awesome!

December 25, 2022 - {cork, 13%} Lowish but still in the neck. No decant. Colour was a glowing-if-brick-tinged garnet. Beautiful nose of aging cabernet fruits, seemingly with little oak. Medium weight (just) polished palate, subtle and gentle, with sweetly black maturing fruit, fine-grained powdery tannin, perfect palate balance, medium/long finish. Just lovely. Probably around peak now I suspect. Really good.

December 31, 2021 - NYE 2021 (our place): Brought by BC. Classic nose for a cabernet blend - blackcurrant, black cherries, cedar, also some herbs, chocolate and floral notes. Palate: medium bodied. Clean fruit. Fine ripe tannins. Everything in good proportion on the palate. Refined power, good finish. We didn't decant this long before tasting, it might have shown better with more time to breathe.

April 24, 2021 - This was very mellow and integrated. Not yet on decline but would imagine it's not got too long left before it will
