October 26, 2020 - Big bright blackberry fruit, cocoa and cassis. Tannins have faded, but plenty of acid lingering. It's a good weekday wine... Got a great deal on it, otherwise I would've never considered buying this at $100+.

April 17, 2015 - Popped poured and drank. What an experience! Fruit, chocolate, almonds, unbelievable palate pleasure. Not a lot of bricking for its age, but big and chewy. Definitely at its prime, wish I had more!

March 29, 2015 - Purple color with some brown at the rim. Very muted grapey bouquet and flavor that is not able to mask the alcohol, which showed up in the finish. Wine clearly over the hill, and my fault for not drinking it earlier.
