April 30, 2023 - Easily best Piuze Chablis I´ve ever had. In the drinking window right now but will develop for years. Blind I am not sure I would have ended up in Chablis but maybe more south. However, stellar wine with all the bits from burgundy grand cru in place.

Not my style, oxydative profile without being premox I think, felt like a wine pasted his prime, not Chablis like at all. -
