March 19, 2023 - Lunch with the wine ark boys (McLeay Street Bistro, Potts Point): Chamomile, plenty of flor; a little green almond, saline, lemon. Medium plus intensity acidity, textured grip, citrus, saline, nutty notes, lovely.

Tasted over 90 min, paired w tuna tartare
Wine is cloudy, medium yellow straw
Bruised apple, curry, roasted almond, some yeasty notes
On the palate, more apple and significant yeasty finish
