Community Tasting Notes 3

July 24, 2018 - Nice structured Pinot. Dark cherry, plum, cloves. Great length, finishing long. Tannins are light in touch and balanced nicely with the acidity. The overall effect is well rounded, but with an opportunity to improve further.

October 9, 2016 - Pinotpalooza (Carriageworks, Redfern): Savoury and meaty over dark fruits and spice…fleshy and savoury with drying front of mouth grip. Medium plus length. Meh

June 9, 2016 - Wine Ark tasting June 2016 (wine ark alexandria): almost Ribena over black cherry; sweet fruit and slight green notes. Quite peppery on the palate then a whack of alcohol heat on the finish. It's a bit tough and green and lacks generosity.
