Community Tasting Notes 5

July 6, 2018 - Lots of sediment. Dusty plum color. Very exotic nose of spices cherries cider. Medium bodied and juicy on the palate, with more spices and a bit of effervescence. Brisk finish. This is organic wine making in Chile. Very interesting.

March 29, 2016 - Delicious! Earthy, leather and smoke on the palate. A bargain.

September 21, 2014 - Spritzy, slightly fruity and dirty. Did not improve with air. Drinkable but not enjoyable.

May 6, 2014 - Some heavy spritz on opening that takes about 1.5 hours to settle down. A bit of a muddy palate with a few interesting notes showing depth underneath.

March 23, 2014 - Medium ruby, light edge, slightly cloudy. Strong fennel and herbs. Light red fruit but dominant earth and fennel. Weird, tingly feel, poor, dirty finish with an unpleasant aftertaste. Something's gone terribly wrong here.
