November 8, 2017 - It hold very good the age, balance and smooth. Good acidity and still life ahead.

On the nose it was just so damn pretty, roses, raspberries, cranberries and a hint of the tar you learn to expect, but really more floral. On the palate this was still very much alive, and honestly could live another 10+ years. Tannins are elevated, but softened a great deal, still present, just smooth. Acid also is elevated, but once again has softened so much with age. The fruit profile is still very much alive... This was a treat...
