September 18, 2021 - Sparkling Wines of the World BYOB Dinner (Tamara's place - Taman Warna): Nearly colourless pale lemon. Chamomile and ripe white peaches on nose and palate, as well as dried grass, whilst having some residual sugar, and totally simplistic, as if some spritzer. I won’t exactly call this bad, but it’s not something I’ll spend time on. Just chug it to get happy, and yes don’t age it, chug it now!
