March 26, 2016 - No formal notes, over dinner. Lovely fruit on the nose - ripe yellow stone fruit, apple, lime as well as crushed stones. On the palate just very slightly off dry. The ripe notes of fruit, bright acidity, and quite intense minerality are very nicely balanced. Decent length. Drink or keep. 90-92

April 21, 2015 - Tasted at the winery. Pale straw in color, very light body. Citrus and apple, very slightly green apple. Fresh acidity which nicely balances the fruit, but not overpowering. This is a great Kabinett and good value (priced at €12.50 at the winery). I thought it drinks nicely by itself as an aperitif; my wife preferred it with food -- such as seafood. Our tasting staff suggested a salad.
