August 14, 2020 - Elegant, well made wine with med+ alcohol, fine med- tannins, and med acidity. Only moderately complex with notes of cherry, candied violet, herb, and loads of earth. I agree with other comments. This was a nice wine but I would have expected more at this price point.

October 14, 2017 - Lyon Tasting - Terre de Vins (Lyon Palais de la Bourse): Not bad, in quite a round and modern style. Not quite sure how they can get away with charging 42 euros though. This is a 20-25 euro wine.

November 23, 2015 - Nose of strawberries, balsamic, herbs. Palate is a bit clunky with some harshness to the fleshy tannins. Nice savory notes.

May 29, 2014 - Jugendliches und kräftiges Rubinviolett, erstaunlich dunkle Färbung für einen klassischen Burgunder.
In der Nase intensive jugendliche Frucht, zu Beginn fast laut mit viel krautig-vegetativen Noten, lüftet sich mit Zeit, dann kommt eine kompakte rote Frucht, Sauerkirschen und etwas rote Ribiseln, versprüht im Moment wenig Charme.
Am Gaumen wieder sehr jugendlich, mittlerer Körper, noch präsente Säure die mit dem jugendlichen Gerbstoff kämpft, im letzten Drittel dominiert das etwas ungeschliffene Tannin, zeigt dann wieder die Sauerkirschfrucht, bleibt aber dennoch eher kurz und auch der Alkohol blitzt etwas unangenehm auf.
Derzeit in einer schwierigen Verfassung, sollte mindestens noch 1-2 Jahre Ruhe bekommen.
