  October 9, 2023 - Le Tour de Champagne Tasting (Olofskapel, Amsterdam, NL): Trade tasting, brief note. Pale salmon colour. Cherry stones, flowers and strawberries, cool and fresh, some fruit but the bitters are quite dominant.

  Franc de gout et tonifiant.
  Des notes de pâte à biscuit, un peu de fraise
  et de fleur avec une pointe saline.
  Assez long et net en finale.

  March 20, 2018 - Delicious. Pale salmon colored in the glass, soft delicate bubbles, crisp and dry, expressive palate of wild strawberries, red ripe cherries, sweet calamondin, limestone chalkiness, citrus blossom notes leading to a long finish. Yummy. @BAClubWorld

  March 13, 2018 - An airborne dinner (British Airways flight BA0005, LHR-NRT): Pelure d’oignon colour; open and attractive, slightly yeasty nose with candied fruit, strawberries and a pleasant nuttiness; rich fruit flavours, rounded and well-matured, soft but fresh, gentle mousse, hint of acacia; good resonance and length.

  October 5, 2017 - By the glass at the BA lounge, relatively freshly opened.
  4 years since we tried this and albeit the label has been rebranded the experience stayed the same. Copper pink, a touch generic rose and not really inspiring especially given the quality of of their vintage offerings. 87
