May 7, 2022 - 10 years after Riesling tasting - 2012 (Restaurant Holz und Feuer, Kirchheim, Germany): Glass: Sophienwald Universal
Clear, medium golden color. Very mineral nose. On the palate lots of sweet fruit, salty, herbaceous. Rather lean, very good balance and good length. Drinks well now, but no need to hurry. 92-93

    September 12, 2020 - Georg Breuer - Vertical Riesling Nonnenberg 2001,2006-2018 + X (@Private location): *** brief note from vertical tasting ***
    Glass: Gabriel Standard
Popped and poured. Warm, beautiful nose. Same on the palate. Lots of extract and chalky mineral notes. Zests, orange peel, deep and long. Even though very young, it makes already so much fun! 93+

April 2, 2014 - 2012 Rieslings from Georg Breuer plus a few older wines (Stockholm): Nose with peach, citrus, some perfume, and some spice. Palate with powerful concentration and noticeable body, citrus notes, peach, high acidity, spice, powerful minerality, and a long aftertaste with citrus and mineral. Rather young, drinks rather well now, 92(+) p.
Compared to the other three vineyard-designated wines, the 2012 Nonnenberg is the most fruit-dominated, and it shows the most ripe notes.
