February 1, 2018 - Souper de rêve en blanc (Au siège de PKP :)): La couleur est si brûnatre, on dirait presque un recioto! De loin le plus foncé des amabile que j'ai pris. Le nez est ferrugineux (mélasse), avec un fruit noir. L'acidité est basse, c’est gourmand et savoureux, mais un peu moins raffiné et floral que les 1988 ou 1990 dont j'ai si bon souvenirs. C'est délicieux, mais sur cette bouteille, moins proche du Yquem que j’avais anticipé. 93-94 pts

September 24, 2011 - Saying Goodby to Dave B (Home of Mike and Sandra O.): Lacked the depth and complexity of the Fontodi. Bright nutty nose with a thin liquor-like palate with hints of caramel. Lengthy though somewhat simple finish. Past peak? 88-90
