December 10, 2021 - Explosive nose of pine wood, medicinal, raw raspberry and minty uplift. Bone dry, velvety, fine grained just ripe tannins, very subtle fruit in the palate, but overwhalmed by metallic bitterness and savoury charachters. Continues with a stong sour herbs flavour with no trace of fruit and a painful pungent acidity and disturbing and irony hematic flavour. maybe flawed?

December 20, 2015 - Had this with the Champans. This had a much sweeter nose right out of the gate. Very intense with cherry and wet stones. Palate has a gorgeous texture, very silky and medium bodied with some darker fruits and a nice finish.

November 11, 2014 - VIAGGIO BORGOGNA NOVEMBRE 2014; 9/12/2014-12/15/2014: Wow! Wow e ancora wow!! Il calcare e i sassi del Caillerets si materializzano in un vino aereo, tutto profumi e fiori. Poi con i minuti e l' aerazione una nota più pastosa di borotalco e menta avvolge il frutto rosso succoso.
In bocca è meno pronto del Brouillard, ma molto più puro, sembra un vino del grande Bruno Clavelier. Acidità viva, tannino incipriato di fiori e finale amaricante di arancia sanguinella.
