March 11, 2024 - Red fruit, tar, some tannis still there. Improved a lot with air but we drank it a bit too quickly to really allow the wine to grow to its full potential

September 11, 2022 - Very good, better on night 2. Leather, cedar, red fruit compote.

August 21, 2022 - PNP, followed over the evening. Delicate nose of rose petal. Up front, ethereal red fruit, red berries. Picked up a bit more earthy notes and chewy tannins on the back, long finish of candied red fruit. Filled out over the course of the night, gaining depth and complexity. Early drinking window, best with some air.

July 1, 2022 - double decanted & drunk over two days. Brick red, orange rim. Lots on the nose but not shouty, briary fruit. Slick, velvety then a core of fine grained tannins. Refreshing acidity, mid-weight. Can be fully enjoyed now but will age effortlessly.

October 13, 2021 - The wine is medium-bodied, tannins present but not aggressive at first. They gain steam. Dark red black cherry fruit. A bit muted and one-dimensional at PnP. Very good balance, plenty of depth. Gaining complexity and a bit of a savory quality on the finish after a couple hours of air. A nice wine for sure, I think it lacks the vibrancy and purity of the 2016. That wine is exceptional though. Seems like this one is just exiting it’s youthful phase and should improve considerably in 3-5 years. I’m a fan and might buy more.
