  February 13, 2014 - Nebbiolo: Spezie classiche da nebbiolo, bel naso, c'è ancora un po' di frutto, c'è una nota boisée, se si riesce ad andare oltre si trova una mineralità scura, foglie di the, buccia di pesca, stranissimo. La mineralità in bocca si fa tattile e diventa sale e microgranuli disciolti quasi a ricordarci che il vino è fatto sulla sabbia. Calore alcolico. Una bocca talmente particolare che è difficile da dimenticare, un vino che ti tocca nel senso che la parte più intensa in bocca è quella tattile!
