Rich late dinner with Miguel.
Pale cherry colour.
Timid nose at first developing complexity with time.
Acid palate cause its youthful then perfect pairing solid, non-simple food.
Very nice for what it was.
Llevada al restaurante La Cabra en Madrid.
Cena abundante con Miguel, incluyendo colmenillas, callos, albóndigas, manitas y steak tartar.
Color cereza pálido.
Al principio nariz tímida que desarrolló complejidad con el tiempo.
Ácida en boca por esa juventud así que perfecta acompañando comida elaborada.
Muy rica para lo que era.
