March 10, 2018 - Meaty on the nose. Earthy, leathery, astringent, spice box. Very little fruit. Stewed prunes.

April 23, 2016 - Tasted at Pogos. Good to be in northern rhone after s. rhone wines. Bright raspberry, strawberry, cherry with meats, herbs, stone. Nice acids with good tannic structure and weight underneath. Not heavy at all but really good structure. Nice finish. Well done St. Joseph. This I can really drink.

December 7, 2014 - Avant j'étais fou des blancs de cuilleron... le style a évolué vers un peu moins de boisé (Je n'ai pas reconnu les cerfs, le lombard des millésimes récents... et j'aime bien mes blancs du rhone assez boisés) bref... les rouges quant à eux n'ont pas changé de style et la gamme/les prix sont cohérents.
