  July 7, 2015 - This was my last bottle and it is obvious that cellaring for 1 year has added complexity. Evolved nose with honey, thyme, florality and ripe peach. Medium-bodied and balanced with a medium aftertaste. Drinks nicely. At peak.

  October 19, 2014 - Very refreshing wine with citrus and peach fruit on the nose together with mineral tones. I did not find the tell-tale aroma of Savatiano grape which is pear. Clean and precise on the palate with higher acidity than what Savatiano normally achieves. A very satisfying wine overall!

  July 20, 2014 - Medium yellow. The nose is of medium intensity with aromas of pear, rosemary and citrus fruit. Still some undertones reminiscent of detergent or WC deodorant. Medium to light-bodied and balanced with low concentration and a rather short aftertaste.
