  April 27, 2020 - Who said you can’t cellar rosé? This is really lovely, better than previous bottles. Savoury with lots of red berries and an enticing herbal spiciness. Still very fresh. Yum!

  October 5, 2019 - 3rd Annual Gentlemens Dinner (Villa Ekenhov): A glass while cooking. Nice and fresh with peach, strawberry and raspberry. Fresh and zippy. Serious rosé

  May 24, 2019 - Domaine de Lambrays cheapest wine (by far) delivers a quite serious experience, for a rosé. Peach, redcurrants, spicy herbs, nice minerality and a light tannic touch lifted by a zippy acidity. Red grape in the finish. Not a grand vin, but a nice refreshment.

  November 5, 2018 - Some pinot and chardonnay at Table, Donkey and Stick (Chicago, IL): From what I remember, the last few times I had this, I thought that this could use a little more age, and all of a sudden, it gets a lot more age. Nice richness, with a concentrated sappiness on the palate. Fairly intense, but a slight bitter touch on the finish. Fairly complex with a heavier texture for a rose -- not a simple drinking wine, but a proper wine in its own right. I'm not sure I like it more at this age though.
